Exchange items

We want you to be happy with your item and would love to help.  If you'd like to exchange sizes or have any other questions or concerns please contact us at hello@jeanniekim.com and we can arrange an exchange.

JKJ shall furnish return shipping services on one occasion per individual purchase transaction. Any additional exchanges or returns within the same transaction shall necessitate the customer's payment for shipping expenses.


Return Items

Returns must be requested  within 14 days of receipt.  Please email us at hello@jeanniekim.com to receive a shipping label.

The merchandise must be received by JKJ within fourteen (14) days of the shipment date and must remain in its original condition.

Crafted in NYC, each piece is meticulously made to order. Kindly anticipate a delivery window of 4 weeks.

Free domestic shipping within the United States is available via USPS. 

Customers have the option to choose UPS Ground or UPS Next Day Air during checkout for a fee.

What is my ring size?

If you are not sure of your ring size please choose UNKNOWN when purchasing your ring. We will send you a ring sizer and help you find your fit.

Are JKJ rings true to size?

Yes! Please order in your true size.

Things like weather can affect your ring size and may cause fluctuations. Try to measure your size in normal room temperature, and not after exercise or carrying heavy items (you'd be surprised!).

What if a ring I order doesn't fit?

We will always accommodate exchanges with free shipping labels.  Please see RETURNS & EXCHANGES above for more information.

If you are unsure of your ring size, please choose "unknown" in the size drop down menu when you order and we'll send you a ring sizer free of charge.  Once we receive your size information from you we can start working on the right ring for you! Custom sizes temporarily on hold until January 2025.

Do you offer gift wrap?

Yes we do! Please add a note when you check out and we'll gift wrap your piece.

Why don't you ship to my country?

That's a good question. Email me and we'll add your destination. We may not be able to offer completely free shipping but it will be discounted from regular shipping rates.
