Working out of her Noho studio in New York City, each object is conceived by Jeannie using ancient techniques like ‘lost wax casting,’ in which a piece is meticulously hand carved out of jeweler’s wax. All of our jewelry is solid gold or sterling silver.

Carefully exploring texture and weighing proportion along the way, there is a silent communication between maker and piece when using a slow design process like wax carving. It unfolds into the distinctive pieces you can see in the JKJ collection.
